Please be aware that all official communication regarding vendor registration, payments, and event logistics comes directly from Earth Day Indiana staff through our official email channels. We will never request payment through unofficial methods or third parties.
If you receive any suspicious communication related to EarthFest, especially requests for payment or personal information, please do not respond or send payment before confirming with us directly.
If possible, we would appreciate receiving screenshots or copies of suspicious messages so we can document the issue.
