Questions?
Read these over to make your day more enjoyable
Is the festival rain or shine?
Our exhibitors are protected by tents, so our festival continues rain or shine. The only exception is in case of lightning or extreme weather conditions. If the festival is delayed, paused, or cancelled due to extreme weather we will post updates to our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Does the festival provide bags or bottled water?
Earth Day Indiana is not providing bags or bottled water. However, exhibitors often will have reusable bags as giveaways. You might want to bring your own just in case. The festival will have a water station – H2OtoGo - to refill your own water bottle for free. Plus Earth Day has a branded water bottle for sale at an attractive price. Food trucks will not be selling bottled water.
Are there any cooling stations?
Yes, IndyGo is providing a cooling bus for the comfort of festival goers.
What seating is available?
There is seating at the ampitheater and by the food trucks. Feel free to bring your own camp chairs and blankets to enjoy the day throughout our space. Park picnic tables under the large pavilion are also available.
Where do I go if I have questions?
The best place to go is the EarthFest HQ, which is located under the large pavilion. Any volunteer wearing an Earth Day Indiana staff t-shirt may also be able to assist.
Are all the things really free?
Yes, EarthFest is free. There are artisans in the Sustainable Arts Village who have items for sale and some individual activity leads are accepting donations.
Will there be a printed schedule and map?
